The verdict is in. Blake Lively won’t be walking away from this bitter battle with millions, but she did secure a pivotal win to round out her legal troubles against Justin Baldoni.
Court records viewed by TMZ on Friday reveal that Justin was ordered to cover Blake’s legal expenses. Whoa!
As Perezcious readers know, Blake and Justin settled her lawsuit against him for alleged sexual harassment and retaliation, reportedly for no money at all. They both claimed the end result was a victory for them.

Justin’s countersuit had already been dismissed, and Blake went on to claim that under California law, she was owed legal fees and damages for the retaliatory legal action. And now a judge has somewhat sided with her.
A judge awarded her legal fees and costs to be covered by Baldoni and his company Wayfarer Studios, though she will not get punitive and treble damages. The exact amount they’ll be ordered to pay is undetermined at this time, but we have to imagine it’s a hefty paycheck considering how long and time consuming this case has been! So much legal time and energy was poured into this It Ends With Us war!
