Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt didn’t let their post-breakup problems get in the way of letting the comedian spend his first Father’s Day with their baby girl!
According to People this week, a source revealed that the Saturday Night Live alum hung out with his 6-month-old daughter, Scottie, and his mom, Amy Waters Davidson, on Sunday. The trio reportedly had a “low-key” holiday and went to the American Museum of Natural History on Manhattan’s Upper West Side:
“He wanted Scottie to be exposed to some of New York’s most famous museums, even though she’s still a baby. Overall, it was a sweet, low-key Father’s Day – just a fun, memorable day spent with his daughter. People were super friendly, respectful, and very supportive of Pete and Scottie. They just had a really nice time.”

It sounds like the perfect Father’s Day to us! The insider added that Pete isn’t traveling as much and has modified his work schedule to spend more time with Scottie these days. We guess those deadbeat dad accusations really got to the actor! You may recall there’s a bit of tension between Pete and Elsie after the mom claimed she was taking care of their daughter on her own with no help from him following their breakup last month. Sources for Pete quickly spoke to outlets to insist that wasn’t true, that the Bupkis star is supporting Elsie and Scottie — including by paying for rent, living expenses, and health insurance. And Pete’s now making it clear he’s physically involved in his kid’s life, too!
