Cruz Beckham is seemingly throwing shade at his brother Brooklyn!
The singer attended Tuesday’s England vs. Ghana World Cup game in Boston with his father David, but he was caught on TV looking down at his phone mid-game, eliciting a ton of backlash from fans. The 21-year-old clapped back in his Instagram Story, possibly shading Brooklyn in the process. He pointed out:
“Don’t worry it was during the advertisement break”

Brooklyn has notably caused controversy with a new DoorDash ad that uses their family feud as a punchline. And in it, he doesn’t seem to care about missing out on the soccer tournament — he’s way more focused on cashing in on the drama! And so Cruz not only wants people to know he valued being at the game, but also that he couldn’t care to give his big bro’s ad any attention! Oof!
