Wendy Williams' Guardian Ends Legal Battle With A&E Over Documentary!

The legal battle surrounding Wendy Williams’ appearance in the Where Is Wendy Williams? documentary is over.

In 2024, the talk show host’s guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, sued A&E Television Networks to try to stop the release of the doc and for additional damages. She claimed Wendy was experiencing “very serious medical issues” that made her “effectively incapacitated,” and the network never should’ve filmed her. Wendy, who has been fighting to end her guardianship, would say otherwise, though. A&E slammed the lawsuit as complete nonsense — and released the documentary anyway.

Two years later, Sabrina settled the suit. According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Monday, both parties said they resolved all issues and dropped the lawsuit. No further information about the settlement has been revealed at this time.
