Oh yeah, Bennifer 3.0 would NOT surprise us in the least.

On the latest episode of The Moment with Jorge and Paola Ramos podcast, per People magazine, Ben Affleck opened up about the “enormous respect” he has for ex-wife Jennifer Lopez.

Telling the hosts he thinks “she’s pretty extraordinary,” the Oscar winner says OF COURSE she’s enjoying “ongoing success” and “she deserves it in every way.”
“She’s probably the hardest working person I’ve ever known. I feel like I work hard, but [when I’m] around her I’ve always thought, ‘Whew damn, that’s really something!'”
Gushing over her achievements, he says:
“She’s always done it by saying, ‘Even if nobody else believes in me, I’m going to bet on myself.'”
He continues doting on his ex, explaining:
“She’s taken real risks, invested her own money, she’s done all the things that we’re told great American entrepreneurs do. She’s done them to spectacular success and I have nothing but respect for her.”
This comes after he previously stood up for her during an interview with Variety, in which he and the interviewer talked about how she’s been snubbed by the Academy, how there seems to be a bias against her in Hollywood since she’s also a sensational music act. She’s had to overcome a lot of double standards in her career, but this is why he respects her so much.
He tells Jorge and Paola:
“To understand Jennifer Lopez is to understand somebody who is a pioneer. Who did things when he was told they’re not possible and you’re not welcome and by kind of force of will.”
Wow. He really sees her, doesn’t he?
