Mario's Mother Drops Assault Charges

This afternoon, R&B singer Mario was cleared of all charges in an assault case when his mother asked they be dropped.

Considering she was the one that brought them up, she had the right!

His mother, Shawntia Hardaway, charged her son with attacking her in October, but changed her tune today when she told the judge she was intoxicated at the time and nothing really happened. As a result, prosecutors agreed to dismiss all charges against the singer.

Not the best relationship between a son and his mother, but at least she came clean about everything.
