Diddy keeps getting time shaved off his sentence.
TMZ went looking at the Federal Bureau of Prisons records on Tuesday, and they noticed the convicted criminal is now scheduled to get out of prison WAY earlier than originally expected!
After his lengthy and downright shocking sex trafficking trial in 2025, Sean Combs was sentenced to 50 months (4 years and 2 months) behind bars for the lesser charges he was facing — two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. Of course, he’d already spent some time in prison before the trial, so his original release date was set for May 8, 2028.

Since then, though, it’s danced around multiple times. The first adjustment actually extended his total prison time, to June 4, 2028, after an alleged hooch incident. Then it got shortened to April 25, 2028, after he entered the drug abuse and rehabilitation program. And then again the release date was moved to April 15, 2028.
After that it moved around several more times for various reasons until landing at where we are today — a release date of January 21, 2028. That’s quite the jump from May 8!
