Kelly Osbourne and her new boyfriend Rob Damiani enjoyed a brisk walk past the paparazzi on Wednesday night as they made their way to the Sunset Marquis Hotel.
As usual, Kelly was looking dressed to impress. Rob, on the other hand, looked like he was preparing for a flood.
At least his cuffs would be bone dry.
