Jack Osbourne has HAD it with body shamers.
On Tuesday, Ozzy Osbourne’s youngest son hopped on TikTok to absolutely TEAR into body shamers ripping him apart for shedding weight:
“I cannot believe I’m actually having to make this f**king video. If I see one more article written about me saying how I’m ‘sick,’ I’m ‘grossly underweight,’ ‘what’s going on?’ ‘health crisis Jack.’ It’s f**king insane.”
The 40-year-old went on to reveal he’s “lost no weight” since wrapping his run on reality show I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! six months ago:
“I’ve been the same f**king weight. The only difference is I shaved my beard and opted for a creepy mustache. That’s the only f**king difference, okay?”
He went on to reveal that over the course of the past three and a half years, he’s quietly shed 70lbs:
“Now, if we wanna back up and wanna get real f**king personal, I’ve been consistently but slowly losing weight for the last three and a half years. I shot up to about 220lbs about three and a half years ago and decided that I wanted to make some changes. So I did. What’s the big f**king deal? I’m 5’8” and a half and 155lbs. It is perfectly healthy, okay?”

Jack went on to call out one journalist in particular who wrote about his weight. He visited her social media, which apparently reads:
“I like to eat.”
The angry podcast then stooped low:
“Very f**king apparent, lady. Now, I’m not body shaming, but maybe we don’t throw stones, okay? Try that out for size, honey.”
Oh, that’s not… That’s just NOT the way to go here. Fighting fire with fire only leads to more burns!
Jack went on to invite the journalist to come hang out at the “open mat” at his jiu jitsu gym to “see how f**king hard [he] train[s].”
He reiterated:
“This is insane and the fact that I even have to say this blows my mind. My entire life, I was just brutalized by the press about being overweight. And the fact that I get down to a healthy weight, now I’m criticized even more? Get f**ked. This is why no one trusts the press. Especially people like [journalist mentioned above].”

YIKES.
We understand his frustration, but he might have gone on the defense a little TOO hard.
Jack isn’t the only Osbourne whose physical appearance has been put under a microscope recently. In the wake of their father Ozzy’s death last year, Jack’s older sister Kelly has shed a noticeable amount of weight, which has left many concerned for her health — some in a less sympathetic way than others. In March, she took to Instagram to call out fans for “kicking” her while she’s “clearly going through something,” saying:
“There is a special kind of cruelty in harming someone who is clearly going through something, kicking me while I’m down, doubting my pain, spreading my struggles as gossip, and turning your back when I need support and love most. None of it proves strength; it only reveals a profound absence of compassion and character. I’m currently going through the hardest time in my life. I should not even have to defend myself. But I won’t sit here and allow myself to be dehumanized in such a way!”
We seriously ALL need to remember to be a little kinder… You never know what someone’s going through behind closed doors!
Thoughts, Perezcious readers?
