And here we go again…
Seeing as neither of them can pass up an opportunity to play ‘Who’s a better parent?’ in the media, we knew it was only a matter of time before Dina Lohan issued a response to the recent news that ex-husband Michael had joined the cast of Celebrity Rehab for anger management issues, and of course, it’s arrived right on time!
She says in a statement:
“We have tried to be as private as possible during this difficult time, and now he plans to exploit our family even more, it is unforgivable. After a long overdue need for rehab, the family is relieved Michael is finally getting help. Once again, we’re all very disappointed by his constant yearn for attention. Getting rehabilitated does not require the spotlight and at this crucial time, discretion would have been appropriate. With everything we have been through, he still chooses to put his need for publicity before his obligation of being a father.”
And blah blah blah…
It’s always the same with these two! They both shamelessly pimp out their kids as a means for attention from the public, and then ignore the fact that they’re slamming each other for doing the EXACT same thing!
We hope Lindsay takes the Judge’s advice and makes sure that whatever doctor she sees will be outside of her parents’ influence. Once again, they’ve proven how little their daughter’s well-being means to them.
So sad.
