According to sources, while Kelly Osbourne was learning to cha-cha on Dancing With The Stars in 2009, she neglected some of her other responsibilities – like paying her taxes.
Sources who have seen legal documentation say she owes $34,763.30 in back taxes to the great state of California.
Entertaining America doesn’t mean you can stiff America! Sorry girlie, but you’ll have to pay up.
