Ben Affleck In Talks To Join The Cast Of The Great Gatsby!

And this cast just keeps on getting and better and better.

Baz Luhrmann is hard at work on his 3D adaptation of The Great Gatsby, already starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, and Carey Mulligan, and we’ve gotten word that another A-list actor is in talks to join the F. Scott Fitzgerald story if his schedule permits – Ben Affleck!

According to sources, the actor is in the middle of preparations to direct his new film, Argo, but if he can coordinate the details just right, he’ll sign on to play Tom Buchanan, the husband of Mulligan’s Daisy!

Excellent! We really hope it works out – he’d be PERFECT for the part!

We really have high hopes for this one!

What do U think?? Are U excited for The Great Gatsby??
