Great news!
It’s been more than a decade since the two worked together, but Eminem and Royce Da 5’9″ recently put their differences behind them and started messing around in the studio. All that impromptu collaborating has now gelled into something more substantial in the form of a new EP from the duo.
The two met a concert in 1997 and immediately hit it off and worked together as Bad Meets Evil, but after they went their separate ways to try out solo careers, a feud manifested. It wasn’t until a mutual friend’s death in 2006 that they started their relationship back up.
Here’s what Em had to say:
“Royce and I started hanging out again and inevitably that led us back into the studio. At first we were just seeing where it went without any real goal in mind, but the songs started to come together crazy, so here we are.”
We’re excited to hear the new stuff, that’s for sure! Drop it on us soon!
