Eminem‘s ex-wife Kim Scott is facing even more legal trouble following a DUI arrest.
In case you didn’t hear, earlier this year in February, Kim was arrested for impaired driving for allegedly crashing into a parked car. Her son, Parker, and his friends were in the vehicle at the time. It’s claimed she didn’t stop driving after the collision, and instead she reportedly went back home and crashed into the garage door of her place.
Bodycam footage from the time showed Kim taking a breathalyzer test, as well as police finding bottles of soda with alleged alcohol spikes in them. She was arrested then, and on Monday she pled no contest in court. But now she’s got ANOTHER arrest under her belt…

Kim was reportedly booked into Macomb County Jail in Mount St. Clemens, Michigan for a suspected DUI. The Chesterfield Township Police Department‘s Detective Sergeant Joseph Feld told the outlet that Hailie Jade‘s mom hit a car near Detroit on Wednesday night.
No injuries were reported in the incident, and police say they didn’t know where Kim was traveling to or from. Since her booking, she has been released from jail.
