So You Think You Can Dance Finale Down 9% From Last Year

Whomp, whomp.

Well, it certainly wasn’t from lack of trying. They had a pretty solid season.

So You Think You Can Dance had its finale last night and though it didn’t help FOX win the night, it still did pretty decently for itself. The season finale up 24 percent from last week in the key demo, and 17 percent overall in total viewers. But it was down 9 percent from 2010’s finale, which isn’t a great sign overall.

But don’t fret. It’s hard going head-to-head with Big Brother. Maybe next time, huh?
