Being denied that part and then having your mother call the director to beg him not to speak about it publicly!
Of course, that seems to be exactly the case, regarding the hard-pAArtying actress’ recent plight for a role in Steven Soderbergh‘s male-stripper movie, Magic Mike!
According to a source very close to the director, he had to dodge calls from her people, begging them to deny that he refused to work with her – even though he did!
The insider says:
“Her people called up, begging Steven to say it wasn’t true. He said no.”
He said no to that request because it is true, of course.
God – hasn’t she just become so sad?
Maybe if you had spent less time telling the press how much better you were and more time actually GETTING better, you wouldn’t be in this mess, would you, gurl?
