Despite spending a considerable amount of time there promoting E=MC2 and doing tons of interviews and chat shows, Mariah Carey‘s new CD has bombed in England.
The new album failed to meet expectations, underperforming and coming in at #3 this week.

Meanwhile, Madonna has the #1 single in the U.K. now. 4 Minutes marks her 13th #1 single in Great Britain.
