Mick Jagger has been named an honorary tourism ambassador for the Amazon rainforest.
Sexy lips was honored with the new title at a very special ceremony in the Amazon where he was given precious gifts created by those indigenous to the beautiful place.
He got things like headdresses, pretty feathers, bows, all sorts of magical gifts!
Regional Tourism Director Juan Carlos Arzola told Jagger:
You are our ally. Your presence is a great support in our fight to protect our ecology, to the effort to draw world attention to the Madre de Dios area.
Micky Mick is currently meeting with Peruvian leaders to discuss his duties.
Just another reason to visit the Amazon!
