Lindsay Lohan Is NOT Worried About Her Court Hearing Next Week!

We’re glad to hear you’re not freaking out, Lindsay, but let’s be honest…you should be a little worried.
To recap, yesterday we learned that Lindsay Lohan was fired from her community service gig at El Lay’s Downtown Women’s Center gig for being unreliable.
Then today, we heard that Lindsay has been skipping her court-appointed sessions with a psychologist as well.
Now, less than a week before her VERY serious probation progress hearing, Lindsay is saying that she’s not worried about being punished for her actions!
Here’s what Lindsay’s reportedly been saying about it:

“I’m not worried about court, nothing is going to happen to me.”

More from a source close to Lindsay:

“She says she knows that she has a year to complete everything and she thinks the judge isn’t going to be able to do anything to her.”
“Lindsay says she knows that she’s not doing what they want her to do now but she feels like she won’t get in any trouble.”

We suppose we understand why she feels this way. After avoiding jail SO many times, she’s been conditioned to expect minimal consequences for her actions…but we’ll be VERY surprised if she’s let 100% off the hook this time.
It’s become very clear that Lindsay needs a lot of time in jail and/or rehab to get herself out of this extremely self-destructive downward spiral.
