When it was announced that Madonna and Angelina Jolie would both be making their directorial debuts this past year, the press was more than excited to pin them up against each other!!
However, BOTH films ended up BOMBING at the box office, with Madonna’s W.E. just slightly coming in first place.
W.E. grossed $384,962, where as Jolie’s Land Of Blood And Honey took in just $301,305.
Do you think the public was just hesitant to give these ladies a chance? Or were the films really THAT bad??
