Lindsay Lohan’s Probation Officer Has Her Back!

Lindsay Lohan’s final court appearance is just around the corner├óΓé¼┬ª this Thursday!
Good news that the L.A. County Probation Department will not be saying that Lindsay’s probation was violated due to those hit-and-run allegations.
As we previously mentioned, the manager of a hookah lounge claims Lindsay hit him with her car and then drove off.
This incident is still mentioned in the report the probation officers have sent to court, but they dismiss it because Lindsay hasn’t been arrested and no charges have been filed.
The report said:

“The probationer [Lindsay] is in compliance with the terms and conditions of probation.”

So as long as Lindsay finishes her community service (which she plans to do the day before her Thursday court appearance) Judge Stephanie Sautner should change her probation to informal, meaning no more court visits!
