President Barack Obama‘s got a lot on his plate this year what with the election and all.
Yet he still will find time to provide a special introduction for the 50th anniversary of To Kill A Mockingbird.
The 1962 film adaptation of Harper Lee‘s novel will be shown on the USA Network this Sunday at 8 pm.
The film stars Gregory Peck as a lawyer in a small Alabama town who defends an innocent black man accused of raping a white woman.
Obama’s special introduction for To Kill A Mocking Bird is a timely one considering all of the controversy surrounding Trayvon Martin.
We’ll certainly be watching! Will U??
