Actress Shannen Doherty had a lot to say about 90210 costar Jennie Garth and their relationship!
The two have a lot in common…both living most of their lives in the public eye and now even more so, with each having their own reality shows!
Brenda Doherty said in a recent interview:
“I think that for somebody like Jennie who values family so much, this is incredibly hard for her. I feel for her and, more importantly, I feel for her kids. There are children involved [and] children have access to the Internet and everything that somebody may write.”
Jennie, whose life after her public split from Peter Facinelli is documented in her new CMT reality show, Little Bit Country, shares three young daughters with Peter.
As for the old dramz between Shannen and Doherty?
Shannen recalled:
“I did the new 90210 with Jennie and there was something very different about our friendship. We were able to look at each other as grown women and really acknowledge that we like who the other person was now, as adults.”
Good! We’re glad the ladies, both now 40, were able to leave all that childish shiz behind!!
Doherty also seems pretty supportive of her other 90210 ex-castmates as well, admitting that she watches Tori Spelling’s reality show, calling it “charming and endearing” and thinks Garth’s show will be “great!”
Shannen will soon get her own slice of the reality TV pie when her WEtv show, Shannen Says premieres April 10!
