Don’t stop ‘em now! Green Day is on fire!!!
The long time band confirmed they’re releasing three albums next year as a trilogy, with the albums to be named ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, and ¡Tré!.
Wow! Three albums in a year? That’s tough, but if anyone can do it it’s Green Day!!!
Here’s what the band released in a statement:
├óΓé¼┼ôWe are at the most prolific and creative time in our lives. This is the best music we’ve ever written, and the songs just keep coming. Instead of making one album, we are making a three album trilogy. Every song has the power and energy that represents Green Day on all emotional levels. We just can’t help ourselves… We are going epic as f**k├óΓé¼┬¥
Epic as f**k? That’s f**king brilliant! Green Day just made our f**king day.
¡Uno! is scheduled for US release on September 25, 2012 by Reprise Records, followed by ¡Dos! on November 13, 2012 and ¡Tré! on January 15, 2013.
