Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster are in the middle of one nasty legal battle this week in Georgia over custody of their two children, and despite reports that the singer’s former missus would repeatedly threaten to kill he and his new girlfriend, she took to the stand this week and, while under oath, denied that she ever said that she would cause them bodily harm!
Well, sort of!
During her testimony, she apparently admitted that as a result of being embarrassed by Usher’s frequent PDA with his new current lady:
“I did probably, out of anger, say ‘I will f**k you up’ and it’s not acceptable.”
Well, yes, but something said out of anger and premeditating bodily harm against another are two very different things!
Such a shame, regardless, that these two can’t seem to get it together.
You have CHILDREN! Get your priorities in check!
