Looks like Brad Pitt is upset over new photos of his family that have leaked.
A photo of Poppa Pitt with Angelina Jolie and most of the kids, except for the newborn twins, was taken when the family was playing in the backyard of their rented French chateau.
Now, Brad’s legal team has gone on a crazy media attack.
They are sending out cease and desist letters to everyone with the images up and threatening to sue if not removed.
Will they sue In Touch Weekly??? The magazine is running the photos in this week’s issue.
According to Pitt’s lawyer, Yawl Holtkamp, the photos were “surreptitiously” taken by paparazzi with “highly powerful telephoto lenses.”
Holtkamp stated that if the photos were published, it would violate the actor’s privacy rights.
The photos show “Pitt and his family as they engaged in familial activities on private property.”
The paparazzi agency that originally took the photos and sold them has already agreed to cease and desist from any further sales and has removed the images from their site.
