Lindsay Lohan Was 'Wasted!' Victim Treated For Torn Tendons!

Lindsay Lohan was arrested early Wednesday morning for allegedly hitting a pedestrian with her car after clubbing in NYC.
Though she screams set-up, there’s a witness who backs up the victim’s claims!
And now Jose Rodriguez is making another loaded claim — that Linds REEKED of alcohol at the time of the incident.
Jose claims she was clearly intoxicated when she hit him because of her slurred words and eau de booze.
The victim describes the accident like this:

“I saw this car come real quick and hit me. I was in so much pain. I fell to the side.”

Jose says he was then taken to Bellevue hospitals where doctors gave him morphine and treated his torn tendons.
And even though gurl may have just violated her probation, Linds is stickin’ to her guns. But it’s only a matter of time before Judge Sautner decides whether or not she’s in for another visit in court!
