Wednesday morning, Lindsay’s probation for her jewelry theft case was revoked and a hearing was set to determine whether or not the chaotic cutie really DID violate her probation…
And now we hear the prosecution in the case is out for BLOOD! Well, jail at least.
In fact, the LA City Attorney’s office apparently believe they will easily be able to stick Lindz behind bars by proving she is a habitual liar!
One inside source explains:
“Prosecutors are going after Lindsay with a vengeance because of her flagrant disregard for the law. The LA City Attorney’s office will present evidence to Commissioner Jane Godfrey that Lindsay has a long storied history of lying to cops. Prosecutors want Commissioner Godfrey to sentence Lindsay to 245 days behind bars for the probation violation.”
Lindsay? A liar?! Never!!
Nothing but pure droplets of truth escape those totally real not fake at all lips of hers! She is nothing but 100% genuine in everything she does! That’s probably why her acting skillz aren’t the best… she’s just too GD genuine! Tee hee.
But while we are obviously kidding, we sincerely hope that whatever the outcome may be of Lindsay’s current legal drama, she can learn, grow and sort out that headspace of hers.
