Alyce Santoro has found a use for all those “antique” cassette tapes.

The designer has turned the tape into sonic fabric neckties, which is 50% recorded audio cassette tape and 50% colored thread.

The audio on the recycled tapes is said to be filled with recordings from the streets of New York City.

Eco-friendly and historical.
