It was all about the high cut dresses this year!

Kerry Washington joined the whores hoards of other celebs that showed off their gams at the Costume Institute Gala.

The actress wore a red Thakoon for Gap gown. We would have liked the look if she did something besides slicking her hair back on her head. A nice up-do would have done wonders.

Also, it might be time to lay off the lip plumpers. Your lips are looking a little like Lisa Rinna‘s.
