Mandy Moore Wins In Lhullier Again

Wow.

Mandy Moore managed to look great not once, but twice this weekend in Monique Lhullier.

After a gorgeous appearance at the Critic’s Choice Awards, Mandy arrived at the Golden Globes in a beautiful blue mermaid gown.

The only critique is we wish she wore her hair up since it’s a one shoulder gown, but down was OK too.
