QVC Bags Kelly Rutherford

Next month QVC will debut a new handbag collection from Gossip Girl‘s Kelly Rutherford.
Kelly’s “affordable luxury” collection launches on February 25th and ranges in price from $130 for a clutch and $199 for a dome satchel.
Not bad!
