Burberry Launches Apprenticeship Program

This is pretty cool.
Two months ago Burberry introduced a new apprenticeship program to train new staff various skills like cutting, weaving and garment making.
The whole idea came about after the label hired new staff from overseas because they couldn’t find enough skilled workers in the UK.
Maybe US companies can start something like this too!
