Lady GaGa held a press conference in Mexico City on Friday to promote her highly anticipated new album Born This Way.

The Judas songstress took her fashion to new heights wearing the tallest Noritaka Tatehana shoes we’ve seen yet and a bright blue Mugler turtleneck dress from stylist Nicola Formichetti‘s debut collection.

GaGa also sported a new ‘do, which we’re OBSESSED with.
