Anna Wintour is a repeat offended — AGAIN.

After receiving the Legion d├óΓé¼ΓäóHonneur in Paris, Vogue‘s HBIC flew across the pond to attend the Harry Potter premiere wearing the exact dress, shoes and necklace she wore to the Webby Awards last month.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, Daniel Radcliffe was the one who presented her with the People├óΓé¼Γäós Voice Award for Fashion at the Webbys.

How embarassing.
