Yikes.
An American Apparel employee died on Friday after an industrial accident at the clothing company’s Garden Grove factory.
According to the Orange County coroner, 49 year old Tuan Phan‘s death was a result of being crushed by a circular knitting machine.
What a terrible way to go!
This is the second death at an American Apparel factory in the past year.
So far, no comment from AA.
