Ralph Lauren presented his spring collection yesterday in New York and it was almost like being transported back to the 1920s.
The designer’s flapper era-inspired collection included beautiful beaded dresses, feather jackets, silk pajama pants and lots of pinstriped suits.
Lauren really nailed the decade, which isn’t at all surprising since he designed the costumes for The Great Gatsby in 1974.
Now that a remake is in the works, we have a feeling we’ll be seeing lots of this collection at the premiere.
