The Kardashians have unleashed their lawyers on a woman trying to trademark an eyelash growing product called KardashianLash.
The woman behind the trademark filing, Sarah Ehrlich, says she didn’t think the Kardashians would mind since profits from the product would help send Honduran orphans to cosmetology school.
Pfft. Girl, please! Did you not learn anything from Kim‘s Old Navy lawsuit!?
The sisters K plan to fight Ehrlich’s trademark petition, claiming it’s a blatant rip-off of their own trademark.
