Kelly Osbourne Has The Blues

Kelly Osbourne was all smiles on the Golden Globes red carpet this afternoon.
This year, E!’s Fashion Police hostess opted for a solid blue Zac Posen gown with super pointy shoulders.
It’s a big improvement from what she wore to the People’s Choice, but compared to her past red carpet gowns she could have done better.
