The Hollywood Reporter just crowned the top 25 Most Powerful Stylists, and surprisingly, Rachel Zoe didn’t take the number one spot!
Rounding up the top five were Kemal Harris and Karla Welch, Elizabeth Stewart, Petra Flannery and Leslie Fremar.
