For her beyond-fancy entrance at the Vue Leicester Square on Thursday, the star geared up in a black glittery Donna Karan gown with Brian Atwood pumps, a Jimmy Choo clutch and Rona Pfeiffer earrings.
Miz Beckinsale let her locks down to flow with the train of her dress and went for an au naturel makeup look.
Kate was simply marvelous!
