Lady GaGa bared her entire leg in a luxurious velvet gown to wish Tony Bennett a happy 90th birthday in New York on Wednesday.

The singer looked every inch the glamorous diva in the strapless Brandon Maxwell number, which she styled with Brian Atwood heels while putting her hair up in a chignon and painting her lips a bright red.
