She’s gone from bad, to good, and back again!
Kelly Osbourne wanted to blend in with her surroundings at the W LOVE Hangover Ball at the W Union Square in NYC on Wednesday.
She tried to look edgy in her trompe l’oeil Jean Charles de Castelbaljac dress, but failed, mostly because the dress isn├óΓé¼Γäót that cute.
And while we love Kelly’s lavender hair, she needs to keep it in mind when choosing ensembles because it totally clashes with this.
