Katy Perry looked good enough to eat as she posed for photogs at Billboard’s Woman of the Year Luncheon in NYC on Friday.
In a skintight fuchsia Oscar de la Renta sheath dress with ruffle detail, the 28-year-old’s bangin’ bod looked like a perfect hourglass. Spanx shmanx!

Miz Perry added a red belt with gray 3D buckle & jeweled silver heels to complete the scrumptious look. A demure updo gave a hint of sophistication.
