Florida Challenging Obama's Health Care Reform

Florida’s state’s attorney general, Bill McCollum, does not agree with a large part of the health care reform bill signed by President Obama and a judge has granted the constitutional challenge.
The state does not agree with the individual mandate that requires people to be insured or face severe financial penalties.
Only time will tell.
