New York Jet's Assistant Coach Trips Miami Dolphin Player!

New York Jet's Assistant Coach Trips Miami Dolphin Player!

BOO! Unsportsmanlike conduct!

Talk about TOTALLY uncalled for!

While the Miami Dolphins punted to the New York Jets during Sunday night’s NFL game, Miami cornerback Nolan Carroll was tripped by one of the Jet’s coaching staff!

Check out the video above as New York’s strength and conditioning coach, Sal Alosi, leaned into Carroll with his left knee around the 33-yard line.

After the game the assistant coach released the statement:

“I made a mistake that showed a total lapse in judgment. My conduct was inexcusable and unsportsmanlike and does not reflect what this organization stands for.”

Umm, yeah, you can say that again!

As of now there is no word on what kind of punishment Alosi will receive for this stunt, but the Jets and the league are “looking into the appropriate next steps.”

Can anyone say…FIRED?
