Former Girls Next Door star Bridget Marquardt went ice-skating with her boyfriend Nick Carpenter in downtown LA on Monday.

She looks super cute in her red hat!

Ice-skating can be great exercise — although they look like they├óΓé¼Γäóre out for a leisurely glide around the rink and not so much thigh-burning power-skating!
