Zac Efron recently bulked up to play an Iraq war veteran in the movie The Lucky One, but now seems to be trying to slim down.
He’s using a food service called Z.E.N. (Zero Effort Nutrition) foods, a diet delivery service that helps people eat calorie-controlled meals. He says that when he gained 18 pounds for the last movie he was pretty much constantly eating.
