Health Care has a rough road ahead!
A second federal judge has ruled that it’s unconstitutional for the government to require Americans to obtain commercial insurance.
Judge Roger Vinson said the entire health care law could fall if the appellate courts rulings mirror his.
Wrote Judge Vinson:
“If Congress can penalize a passive individual for failing to engage in commerce, the enumeration of powers in the Constitution would have been in vain.”
He continued:
“The act, like a defectively designed watch, needs to be redesigned and reconstructed by the watchmaker.”
What do you think? Should the health care bill be re-written?
