Athletes of all shapes, sizes, and playing fields took over Los Angeles Wednesday night for the 2011 ESPY Awards.
Hosted by Seth Meyers and dominated by NBA Champions, the Dallas Mavericks, it was a night full of jokes and trophies for the best of the best in sports.
However, before the award show kicked off, celebs packed into Hennessy’s official ESPY kick-off party hosted by 2011’s Best Female Tennis Player, Serena Williams.
Kim Kardashian, Gabrielle Union, and of course, Venus Williams were all on hand without their famous significant others for the event, where a karaoke stage ruled the night.
The Williams’ sisters belted out tunes all night for their friends before heading to the dance floor to learn some new moves from Dancing With The Stars‘ Maksim Chmerkovsky.
Despite Kim K’s venture into pop music earlier this year, the reality star dipped out of the party without even performing at least one song for the celebrity audience.
Karaoke and the ESPYs? Sounds like an awesome night!
